Reseñas editoriales
Kum Nye Relaxation: Morning and Evening Practices is authored by Tibetan Lama Tarthang Tulku. Tulku introduced Kum Nye to the west. Kum Nye represents a wide range of Tibetan religious and medical body practices. The exercises run the gamut from stillness to intense aerobics. This 41-minute audio text is brief enough to be listened to routinely, and the exercises are doable for most. The practices are split to serve two distinct needs, mainly beginning a day of dynamic yet centered activity, then seguing into a night of peace and relaxation. The exercises require sophisticated action (such as breathing through the nose and mouth at once) and real focus. Done correctly, these practices will engender harmony between mind and body.
