  • The NFL Draft is one of the most exciting events in sports. For four straight days, it’s all about who gets picked and when. This year was poised to be the biggest one yet. Las Vegas strip big. Then the coronavirus crisis changed everything. The country closed down and every major sports league suspended play. Instead of broadcasting live from Las Vegas, the 2020 Draft was going to be broadcast remotely, from players’ living rooms.     On the Clock follows the lives of Justin Jefferson (LSU), KJ Hamler (Penn State) and Khalid Kareem (Notre Dame) as they transition from college superstardom to simply making an NFL team...during a global pandemic. Spanning April to August, this 5-episode, all-access series will cover expected challenges, like learning a new playbook and bonding with teammates over Zoom, and unexpected ones: how can our country and the NFL move forward after the police killing of an unarmed Black man?
