  • Resumen

  • Now in its fifth year, GNR8, is the successful collaboration between the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and Audible.

From the beginning, the collaboration has amplified the authentic human voice in front of and behind the microphone. This year, LAMDA students once again feature in four brand new audio dramas, written and directed for their voices by some of the industry’s most exciting creatives. Embracing a spectrum of genres from sci-fi to social drama and political allegory, and covering themes of the dangers of groupthink, motherhood, the commodification of ‘true-crime’, persecution of marginalised groups and the possibility of other realities, these four dramas dig deep into the ideas and issues that resonate strongly with our student cohort and the world at large.
