Angelique Clemens
Angelique is an author, speaker, and scientist from Detroit, MI. She grew up in the 48205 zip code in Detroit, which is known for being one of the city’s deadliest zip codes. Her parents were adamant that Angelique would get her education, even enrolling her in school early when she was four years old.
Angelique struggled with the insecurities that accompanied being in the youngest, smallest kid in school. She battled through many uncertain times and gained herself admission to prestigious universities. During her journey from the hood to Harvard, Angelique found herself in groups of women, who like Angelique, struggled within their own skin.
Angelique knew how much affirmations in the mirror helped her throughout her career and personal life. This book helps guide the listener through the mirror technique and how to use affirmations to increase confidence and self-assurance.
