Rico Banderas is a cocky but good-hearted smuggler, accompanied by his sassy AI companion Sam. The Beastkin have been terrorized for years by ruthless slavers who raid their villages and kidnap their people.
The female Beastkin are instinctively drawn to Rico's rugged good looks and confident swagger. And when he successfully fends off a slaver attack, they begin to view him as a prophesied hero who will help free them from oppression.
With his ship beyond repair for now, Rico agrees to help the Beastkin in exchange for their aid in locating the rare minerals needed to get back home. But the more time he spends with these charming and beautiful animal girls, the less incentive he has to actually leave...
