This beloved fairy tale, based on the classic French telling by Jeanne-Marie Le Prince, is a timeless story of love, sacrifice, and the ability to see past appearances with compassion. When Beauty’s father is punished by the terrible Beast for taking a rose from his garden as a gift for his daughter, she offers herself up in his place, letting the purity of her spirit guide her. Suhaila Elatarin brings this short and sweet telling to life with grace and wonder in an audiobook that will charm listeners young and old.
