Here, he describes the life and work of none other than Frederic Chopin. Chopin combined elements of Polish folk music and the classical traditions of Mozart, Bach, and Schubert to create stunning compositions for the piano. Marin Alsop's performs the piece with clarity. She doesn't employ distracting techniques; she lets the details speak for themselves. Instrumental interludes written by Chopin add depth and variety.
