Meet Cindy Mayfield, ex-Forest Recon Special Operations marine. She is a correctional officer at California Medical Facility assigned to the hospital team. She’s beautiful and professional, but because she was kidnapped by a serial rapist when she was a girl, she now makes her own rules. As the murders occur, indicators point to Cindy Mayfield, but the real plot has its roots in a shadowy, top secret CIA-funded project called MK-Ultra.
Dr. Yi, a prominent CMF psychologist, finds the “recipes” in her father’s journal for a deadly poison - a virus - and a vaccine developed by Project MK-Ultra, the CIA project at CMF in the early 1970s.
The Russians want the poison and the coronavirus vaccine. The Chinese want the deadly coronavirus. Officer Mayfield is caught in the middle of a battle between the most secretive organizations that operate without any accountability. So begins the terrifying game....
