Comfort follows Lillian Isley Jones, a transgender woman seeking healing and transformation. Invited to a secluded island by pop star Jenny Quick for gender-affirming surgeries, Lillian and her friend Jasmine soon uncover supernatural forces and shadows of Lillian’s past—including old rituals, demons, and a former friend, Robin, who believes Lillian is haunted.
As Lillian undergoes surgery and self-discovery, a political battle unfolds against Congressman Tobias Havencroft, whose oppressive legislation threatens trans rights. Meanwhile, the mysterious Ol Boy and eldritch forces disrupt reality itself. With the help of an angelic presence, Lillian confronts her past, purging her demons—both real and metaphorical—and emerges reborn, ready to embrace her true self.
A blend of supernatural horror, psychological drama, and LGBTQ+ resilience, Comfort is a story of survival, identity, and transformation.
