Where does your loyalty lie?

Kendall Waters is a successful defense attorney who moonlights for a money-laundering family in the desert town of Sawtooth, Arizona. She finds herself questioning everything after her client retires and leaves the business to his mysterious nephew, Alvaro.

Sparks don’t exactly fly when they meet, as he’s intimidating and standoffish. But Kendall is determined not to let her years of hard work for the family she cares about go to waste, so she accepts the nearly impossible assignment he gives her.

As tensions rise, her attraction to Alvaro grows, but he only pushes her away. That is, until one night when everything changes.
