The Allied forces in Korea are reeling from North Korea’s surprise attack. The air supremacy General Carswell holds over the theater are the only things holding back the surge of enemy mechanized units swallowing up vast tracts of the central region. The ground supply routes to the east are threatened. And with the conflict with China, there are few reserves that can be spared for the Korean Peninsula.
In Taiwan, Chinese advances are within miles of Taipei. More and more American and Taiwanese forces are fed into the line holding China from pushing into the capital.
