Reseñas de la crítica
"This recording features particularly chilling vocal characterizations of the vampire and Jonathan Harker, which add greatly to the dramatic horror of the story. A highly popular recording." (Booklist)
Reseñas editoriales
Simplicity is the hallmark of this eerie, traditional recording of Dracula featuring a full vocal cast. Told through a series of diary entries and letters, Bram Stoker's time-honored tale of a terrifying, powerful vampire sees an artful reading, with particular attention paid to the sinister, Transylvanian tones of the monster himself, while solicitor Jonathan Harker's seriousness is the perfect foil to the vampire's legendary menace. Though the audio production is pared-down, this allows the voice performances to shine, lending a solitary, ominous atmosphere to a classic tale of horror.
