What would you do if you were torn from the only home you had ever known? Sirus Spadefoot, born on the trash planet Takis, is the son of a convicted felon, sentenced to life in the service of RECT corporation. He and his mother have been secretly scavenging for parts and building a ship to escape Takis forever. But when RECT discovers their illegal activities, Sirus’s mother is shipped off to another galaxy and Sirus, being native born, is sent to the other side of the planet to live with the indigenous population, the Diggees.
RECT controls every aspect of Takis; everything costs cred and Sirus’s debt is mounting. Sirus has one chance; to use his skills as a pilot to win the legendary Diggee drone race, collect a staggering prize, and regain his freedom.
Can Sirus win the most difficult drone race imaginable and become the dronestar?
