Like a fish out of water, Courtney March is determined to conquer her anxiety and leave home to begin “adulting.” In hunting for her first apartment, she encounters Linda Delaney, a woman who could be her twin. The small complex at Eleven-eighty-five Lincoln Avenue becomes the setting for unexpected adventure and romance.
Powerful relationships are forged as the socially awkward Courtney strives to find her place in the world. New friends become family. Old family dynamics draw her back into deep-rooted drama. Residents of Eleven eighty-five Lincoln Avenue support one another through remarkable family revelations and senseless tragedy.
Join the intimate setting of the Eleven-eighty-five Lincoln Avenue courtyard; the people will steal your heart as their lives entwine around poolside flirtations, a neglected child, and a missing person.
Courtney, her family, and her new friends discover the truth: it’s not what happens to us that determines who we are, but rather, our response to life and our choice to live it.
