This book felt a little short, I know the ‘important’ things were the human trafficking and such but I would’ve loved reading more about Pen and Enzo’s first meeting for example. More on their love, you know? Also, on the epilogues, Luca and Margaret being grandparents? Such a shame we didn’t see any of that. As always, the appearances of the first gen were beautiful and nostalgic to read.
