Forbidden Waters is another triumph from Rob Parker. The Norfolk setting is painted so vividly it feels alive on the page, beautiful and menacing at the same time. This is a fast-paced, gripping thriller that doesn’t just deliver on suspense, but also digs deep into themes of grief, injustice, and the lingering shadows of the past. Parker continues to grow as a writer with every book, and I already can’t wait for Cam Killick’s next adventure (Chris McDonald)
