Krishna Dharma
Originally an epic Sanskrit poem of some hundred thousand verses said to have been composed 5,000 years ago, Mahabharata is one of the most revered and loved stories of all time. It plunges us into a wondrous and ancient world of romance and adventure when men knew that there are greater powers than us controlling the universe. Passed down through the ages by bards and poets, Mahabharata has enthralled audiences for countless generations.
In this exciting new rendition of the renowned classic, Krishna Dharma turns it into a fast-paced novel that fully retains the majestic mood of the original. A powerful and moving tale, it recounts the history of five royal brothers and their divine wife. Cheated of their kingdom and sent into exile, they set off on a fascinating journey in which they encounter celestial sages, mighty kings, and a host of gods and demons. Profound mystical themes underlie the enthralling narrative, making it one of the world’s most revered texts. Culminating in an apocalyptic war, during which the famous spiritual treatise Bhagavad Gita was spoken, Mahabharata is a masterpiece of suspense, intrigue, and illuminating wisdom.
