Fellows plotting against fellows for control of the Manor and its illicit resources. All while the Manor’s mysterious patron, the Fellowfeeling, snickers and schemes in the corners of Roan’s mind.
Roan must count their allies carefully to keep themself on the right side of the Manor’s factions, untangle the vague and deeper plans of the Fellowfeeling, and gather the Manor’s resources in support of quelling the true enemy: The Green-hunting religious leaders of the Synod.
Through gambles, tinctures, and tricks, Roan’s decisions will alter not only himself but the city of Ilstek forever.
