Grommet Saves The World, delightfully performed like a sly, naughty boy by Australian Francis Greenslade, is an adventure book geared towards listeners aged seven through ten.
When our mischievous, but ultimately good-hearted hero, Grommet, fibs to his parents that he’s going to his friend's house and instead goes to Scream World amusement park, his white lie turns him into a secret agent for the park itself.
Grommet sleuths around trying to catch whoever is causing so much trouble at the park, while keeping his exciting days of espionage a secret from his parents at home.
