Caroline grew up in Arkansas, the oldest child of a misogynistic father who was determined to cast the hatred he felt for her mother onto Caroline. Caroline's life was a potluck of abuse, rape, torture, and horror.
From the moment you meet Caroline, you will be wanting to know how she will survive.
Caroline's story is revealed in raw and incredible detail. Her connections to her American Indian ancestry and history of the Arkansas land are interwoven throughout, revealing the ancient curses and the stones of time that have seen everything.
Caroline is a real person and the story is completely true. The names and places are real, but were changed to free Caroline, punish the guilty, and protect the innocent, who did nothing wrong.
