I thought I would write a novel. It took forty-five years. Its sequel came much faster. Initially, I had no intention of writing a sequel to my third novel, The Magi and a Lady, but while in the middle of it I realized that I had left a door open for one. So, here it is. (And it now includes a 27-week devotional)

“As a storyteller myself, I found Bill Siems’ latest novel intriguing and gripping, inventive and entertaining, hard to put down because of my desire to see this sacred life and events through Bill’s powerful tale. Hane and the Centurion recounts the key events of Jesus Christ’s mortal life in a combination of some of my favorite themes—the incomparable life and teachings of His life interwoven with themes reminiscent of high fantasy like Tolkien and C.S. Lewis. If you are a believer you will enjoy the interplay of light vanquishing darkness, memorable characters with whom you will form emotional bonds, and a heightened desire to follow the Savior yourself. I highly recommend this story!” -Barry Rellafordco-author of A Slice of Trust: The Leadership Secret with the Hot and Fruity Filling
