Reseñas de la crítica
"David Tredinnick is nothing short of outstanding as the boys travel, meeting a happy-go-lucky Irishman, a soft-spoken priest, an older Aborigine man and his nephew, and many others. Each voice for more than a dozen unique characters sounds perfectly distinct.... It’s an exciting trip for the boys and for listeners, as well, as the two mates discover the true definition of home." Reseñas editoriales
Jack & Harry: No Turning Back, narrated in clear and empathetic tones by Australian David Tredinnick, is a rollicking adventure tale, set in Perth in 1950, about two young well-adjusted boys who are falsely accused of stealing. Blowing their plight out of proportion to the supposed crime at hand, the two impulsively flee town, getting the cash to do so from a wild and well-placed bet, and begin an exciting, difficult, and epic madcap journey across the Great Outback.
A fun coming-of-age story and lively road trip tale.
