Little Joe Otter is playful and full of surprises. Peter Rabbit is curious. Peter is curious why he has not seen Little Joe Otter in the Smiling Pool? Wait! Together with Peter, we learn about otter life, their habits, and what kind of mischief and dangers little otters have.
