Julia thought she had finally broken free. After years of abuse, she fled with her eight-year-old daughter, Ellie, leaving her husband Ted unconscious at the bottom of the stairs. But bruises fade slower than memories, and safety feels as distant as home.
Seeking refuge for the night, Julia and Ellie find themselves at the remote Lakeview cabin grounds—where grief-stricken widower Mark Peters has come to drown his sorrows for the last time. Their chance encounter by the vending machines seems ordinary enough… until Ellie’s uncanny intuition unsettles Mark, and Julia finally admits to herself that her daughter’s gift is more than childlike sensitivity.
Back home, Ted lies in a coma. Yet his body isn’t the danger. From beyond flesh, Ted’s psychic reach stretches into Lakeview, trapping Julia, Ellie, and Mark in a terrifying game of cat and mouse. With every passing hour, his supernatural power grows stronger, twisting reality and closing the distance between him and the family that dared attempt to escape.
Dark, suspenseful, and chillingly mystical, Lost in Lakeview is a horror-thriller about survival, the choices that bind us, and the unbreakable strength of family—both the ones we’re born into and the ones we find when we need them most.
