The Audible is read by the author, TA Dean. The Manipulation Interpretation is a play on the words "The Copenhagen Interpretation."

Dean is a graduate of Ashford University and uses his background in Anthropology, History, and Engineering to try and make sense of numerous questions about life and demonstrates how quickly and easily manipulation can alter destiny and ruin the potential future of many generations.

Mardis is a curious yet brief glimpse at physics, psychology, and theology and begins with the story of Mardis, the author's dying grandmother. As her life ended, she shared her final moments and collective knowledge in an unexpected yet meaningful way. She wedged open the doorway between life and death, and as Dean experienced this emotional moment of spirit, he used it to translate his grandmother’s final thoughts when she could no longer speak. As Mardis departed the physical world, she left behind a cosmic puzzle, significantly challenging Dean's view of the world and himself.
