Meditations for Sleep contains two different 30-minute guided meditation sessions created to help relax and clear the mind so that it's possible to effortlessly fall asleep night after night. Each session has been created to calm the inner chatter of the mind whilst promoting the production of sleep hormones to make falling asleep much easier.

Each session is to be followed whilst sitting on and then lying on your bed. This makes it easier to move into a state of deep relaxation from which the natural transition to sleep can occur. The sessions include subtle relaxing background music to further encourage a calm state of mind.

The Meditations for Sleep sessions are devised and guided by leading yoga teacher and creator of the Yoga 2 Hear range of audio yoga classes Sue Fuller. Sue is a course author for the British School of Yoga and a columnist for Natural Health and the Yoga Magazine. Sue has been teaching yoga and meditation globally since 1995.
