Life isn't easy. God never promised that it would be a smooth ride.

I am sure that you have faced your share of mountains in life; situations that seemed impossible; hurts that went so deep you are still feeling it years later. Maybe, you are facing a difficult situation right now. And even if you are not, sooner or later, a mountain is going to appear. God never said that we would have trouble-free lives.

The purpose of this book is to encourage you to remember that there is nothing impossible for God. And to remind you that there is a valley of rest beyond the mountain. The mountains that we face in life can be so overwhelming, high, and blinding that we forget there is that place beyond the mountain where we will find peace.

God promises that he will be our guide. He will give us strength to overcome the mountains that we face. If you trust in God, not only will you overcome every mountain you face, but you will also come out stronger on the other side. Join me on this journey as we hike across the vast mountains of life. I cannot promise that it will be easy, and it might take a long time before we get across some of these mountains.

I can promise you that our guide can be trusted 100 percent to bring us over every single one of those mountains. The only gear that you will need for this trip is faith, hope, and perseverance. It's time for you to start conquering the mountains in your life. Let the journey begin!
