Space Command didn’t make him, but they won’t let him go.
Nowhere is safe for Jack Hammer.
To a man on the run, the galaxy can feel like a very small place.
Jack made a deal to get out of the Sol system.
But the situation he finds himself in may be no better off.
The Garduña is a legendary criminal organization with roots that go all the way back into Earth’s history before the space age.
But they’ve never met anyone like Jack before.
Veta Madre is a mining world full of rough men and big corporate interests.
It’s a place where the law is owned by people with bad intentions.
And the roots of evil run deep.
But it’s also the home of many good, honest people in need of help.
And the only way to disrupt the hold of criminals on the planet is to take down the men at the very top of a powerful, criminal enterprise.
But Jack isn’t the only one on the hunt.
Space Command is reshuffling the top brass and giving Dr. Reed Sagan everything he needs to continue his research into superhuman abilities.
Meanwhile, Special Operations commandos have been tasked with hunting Jack Hammer down and bringing him back.
It all leads to an epic clash in Nomad: A Sci-Fi Superhero Adventure from master storyteller Toby Neighbors.
