Enzo Mannoti wants Max Yuma dead. What he did to the business alone earned him a death warrant; then he got personal. Enzo would kill him twice if he could. But the question is: How? The last two people Enzo sent to kill Yuma ended up dead themselves. Now Yuma has dropped out of sight for a year, adding to the problem. Therefore, the average hit man won't do. Enzo will need someone very special to fix this problem, someone who knows how Yuma thinks; someone who can flush him out, track him down and kill him without exposing a connection to the family.
Nunzio Nasuti is just the man. His military background and his career with the Mannoti family have uniquely prepared him for the job. But Nunzio is retired and refuses to take on the challenge. When the family loyalty card doesn't convince Nunzio to do it, Enzo squeezes harder. He knows a secret that Nunzio has been guarding with his life. Nunzio finally gives in to an offer that he dare not refuse.
