Dr. Bill Creasy
Saul of Tarsus was one of the most brilliant young men of his generation. Growing up in a wealthy family, receiving a world-class education, and being groomed for leadership at the highest level of Judaism, Saul became the great persecutor of the emerging Church shortly after Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection. On the road to Damascus to round up Christians and have them brought back to Jerusalem for punishment, Saul encounters the risen and glorified Christ - and his life turns upside down.
In the wake of his conversion, Saul of Tarsus becomes "The Apostle" Paul. Singlehandedly, Paul evangelizes all of Asia Minor and a big part of Europe, and he writes 13 of the 27 books of the New Testament. Paul's dramatic conversion and his evolution from sinner to Saint is one of the the Bible's greatest stories. And no one can tell it like Logos Bible Study's Dr. Bill Creasy. Join us as Dr. Creasy adds color, tone, and texture to Paul, one of the most complex - and often misunderstood - people in the Bible.

Biblical scholar Dr. Bill Creasy is truly at his best when telling the epic story of the apostle Paul, born Saul of Tarsus. These 24 fascinating lectures follow Paul's religious evolution from staunch persecutor of early Christians to one of Christianity's most crucial converts. Creasy goes beyond the literal verses of Acts and gives his listeners a historical context and a compelling interpretation of Paul's revolutionary life. The professor brings a doctorate in English literature as well as a deep love of the Word of God to this series of lectures. He is always lively, warm, and easy to understand - fitting characteristics for discussing a saint.
