Take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Ephesians 6:16

Fear is loud. Truth is Louder.

When tribulation begins, Maddie Ruth Bennett struggles with an overwhelming new reality. Fear threatens to spin her into a web of darkness after her dad leaves on a secret mission. Anxiety blindsides her when she realizes she has no control over the circumstances that threaten to destroy her family. With the help of her friends and loving mentors to guide her, she is introduced to the One, who offers a shield of faith and peace from the anxiety that grips her.

A traumatic event forces Maddie to make a decision. Courageously embrace this vital shield or allow fear to take her out. Will she trust this newfound armor and reclaim her sense of security, or will she allow fear to take control?

Her dad, David Bennett, is drawn out of retirement to solve a new national threat. Duty over family has been a long-standing battle in the Bennett household, and David is the only one who understands that a threat to his country is a threat to his family. One that he must defeat.

Who will Maddie and David trust in the darkness?

Will they find the light that shines when the truth is revealed?
