His unique perspective on the quirks, tragedies, and mundanities of life kept him going through the hard times. Holding an honors degree in English language and literature, he developed a passion for recording his thoughts, feelings, and observations in verse during his spare time.
He has been happily married for 50 years to Ivanka, with whom he is living a simple retired life in Serbia. He survived having two children and thrived when his four grandchildren came into his life. But age is catching up, and he is considering his past, his present, and his future always with a quip, even when it comes to death and the afterlife.
