SATSANG, the Path to Self-Realization, is a collection of the spiritual talks of a great master of the spiritual journey, Gururaj Ananda Yogi. This is not an audiobook of self-help. This audiobook is to help you find inspiration and confirmation in your meditation and spiritual practice. Gururaj did not emphasize any particular deity worship or specific religious observance. But he did not object to it either. He said he was a universalist, teaching spiritual truths common to all traditions and all religions.

Self-Realization is not for the faint of heart. You are seeking for yourself — your true Self, beyond appearances and the illusion of the personality-body-mind complex with which we deeply identify. There is an old saying: God is One, but It is called by many names.

The essential, indispensable thing is the deep yearning for the divine reality. Each of us must make this journey on our own. As Gururaj liked to say, paraphrasing the great Vivekananda: be brave and do not stop until the goal is reached. If you hear the call, the mysterious inner voice calling you away to find the life of the spirit, do it. Open the heart to the living presence of the divine. As Gururaj often reminded us, "Seek ye first the Kingdom of Heaven Within, and All Else Shall be Added Unto Thee."
