Gorgeous film star Byron Slater is every teen girl's fantasy, so when 17-year-old Miranda wins a contest where the prize is staying at his house, it's a dream come true. But once she gets there, things get scary, and fast. As Byron warms up to Miranda, accidents, some life-threatening, begin to happen to the pair - and Byron thinks a deranged fan might be responsible. Caroline Shaffer voices Miranda with poised confidence and heightened emotion, bringing a decided chill to this story from renowned YA author Richie Tankersley Cusick that combines equal measures of romance, horror, and suspense.
