The Adventures of Odysseus is the story of what happened after the Trojan War when Odysseus, the most cunning of all the Greek heroes, left Troy and made his way back home to his wife Penelope and his son Telemachus. It was first told by a poet named Homer nearly 3,000 years ago and is retold in this new version especially for younger listeners.

The Adventures of Odysseus is a modern retelling of Homer's classic tale of a warrior returning to his family after the Trojan War that's sure to capture the imaginations of younger listeners. Voice actor Benjamin Soames, whose résumé includes Shakespearean theater was well as a stint in the Marines, brings dignity and drama to Odysseus's long and tiring journey to rejoin his wife Penelope and son Telemachus. Full of adventure, misdeeds, and above all a desire to be home, The Adventures of Odysseus introduces a whole new generation to this classic epic poem from nearly 3,000 years ago.
