How many times have you looked around to see if there was a way out. The ongoing cycle of the mundane, fitting in when clearly you like everyone else are unique. Heartbeat the beginning of moments in life and the journeys taken to overcome. By choosing poetry allowing it through the pen to paper to pave the way to overturning what indoctrination had unseemly occurred. This happens to us all and so through writing the release of pent-up emotion that could not find the sound nor the voice. Now, knowing that we are not alone, it has broken free the invisible stage that we never asked to be a part of. God saw otherwise. Hoping you find yourself in these poems, may they bring clarity, quench a longing, or offer understanding. The purest love was shown to me and continues to grow within me. I share what is ours.
