Too generic. Some people might benefit from listening to this. The book is mostly about examples of compounding in real life.

The title is misleading - I was really caught by the idea of how compound effects can be understood and used.

Instead this is plain old self help comprising the following advice: make good choices, have good habits, be motivated, track every calorie and dollar, and stay consistent.

I don’t feel the author had anything useful to say, but rather wanted to cash in on the passive income. It feels like he googled self help and copy pasted. Not worth the the read
