Among them, a handsome but domineering soldier named Billy begins to pursue Maya; Billy’s cronies pressure her with vague threats and hints of technically legal, disturbing surveillance. But soon she meets Mike, a suave doctor working against the status quo, and she succumbs to his charm despite Billy’s threats and her friends’ warnings.
