Evelyn had finally created the perfect Artificial Intelligence super computer, their first task together? Building the ultimate Naval Super Ship into an ultra luxury sail ship. After defeating an entire Carrier Battle Group during the first day of war games, the US military contracts to build a whole fleet of them called The Green Fleet, starting with the first 3 to test its efficacy. On their maiden voyage the fleet falls through a time warp in an anomaly near the Solomon Isles, and lands in the year 1523. While finishing the initial base in that time, they discover the ability to create a warp field that a spaceship can travel in.

On the test flight, they travel hundreds of light years and make first contact while trying to get home. Over the next 200 years the group managed to establish the Intergalactic Cooperative of Planetary Systems, a trade group consisting of hundreds of alien species. Later an attack from a hostile alien species forces the transformation of a Dacturian grower into what the race calls The Elemental. The transformation occurs in the nick of time, with attacks all over the ICES. Her abilities could bring a swift end to the war, or lead them into destruction the likes of which had never been seen before. Will she save the Cooperative and save Earth, or will she lose her way and destroy them all?
