Book four in the Worlds at War series by author Damon Alan.
Be sure to listen to the series in order, it is a serial. If you're new to the series, start with The Dragons of Dunkirk, book one.
Three teams of warriors are on Aerth - two human, one Dwarven. All three want the Gate over Rotterdam closed, and all three are working separately to accomplish their goals.
At the same time, the situation on Earth is detiorating. Germany is once again at war, this time with the Swiss. The unstable situation in Germany's leadership only gets worse as Hagirr's mate and powerful sorceress does her job of keeping humanity off balance. Fascist Germany is her tool. Or is it?
This book isn't a historically correct telling; it is alternative history in many ways, with high fantasy thrown in for good measure. As such, artistic license to tell a good story is both enhanced and embraced. Jump in, and see for yourself what might happen if magic once more returned to our world.
Experience the blend of Earth's WWII history with the fantasy world of Aerth.
