Magic is in the air at San Salvatore. At least, Lotty Wilkins seems to think so. Mrs. Fisher is an aging dowager seeking a place where she can sit undisturbed and remember old friends from days gone by. Caroline Dester is an upper class socialite looking to escape a crowd of unrelenting suitors who can’t seem to take no for an answer.

The month together starts awkwardly between the four renters, and when husbands and suitors start turning up, their plans seem spoiled, but as San Salvatore works its magic, friendships form and revelations are made that will change everyone staying in the castle. Histórico Novela histórica
