Heartsick about her on-again, off-again boyfriend-werewolf, Fiona O’Malley is struggling to make the hardest decision of her life - if she should break up with him once and for all. Though she knows he loves her and is sweet, funny and kind, he’s just not the sort of guy you can depend upon, especially in the romance department.
Immortal Matthew “Matty” Hyland is crazy in love with Fiona. He’d do anything to make her happy. Though he tries repeatedly to be there for her, things just keep getting in his way. Broken promises and no-shows for their dates keep happening. He knows Fiona is about at the end of her patience and is on the verge of cutting him loose forever.
Just as he’s about to pop the question, things go from seriously bad to crazy worse. Captured by a bounty hunter, the couple is pursued by an evil gangster bondsman and mysterious Druids. Fiona is giving her all to help him - all the while not knowing if their love can survive all the turmoil they’re facing in addition to the issues they’ve had in the past. Matty is desperate to make it up to her and prove he can change, so they can be together forever.
One thing is certain, magic, adventure, and true love ensues when The Immortal Takes a Wife!
