Laurie began her career as a registered nurse spending twenty years in Nursery, Neonatal Intensive Care, and Labor and Delivery before following her compassion as a Lactation Consultant which has defined her 51-year journey. In 1994 she launched her private practice and in 2002 she opened Virginia’s first Breastfeeding Boutique supporting families through personalized care and education. Laurie lives in Winchester, Virginia, USA.
