Ella’s childhood in the Highlands was always a mystery to her–a distant dream–and she had never really planned on going back.
A few months after her mother's death and the end of another relationship, feeling heartbroken and lost, it all changed with the news that she was the beneficiary of a teashop from a late grandmother in Scotland.
The urge to leave her American metropolitan life behind seemed to be the perfect answer to her restless heart.
However, as she embarked on her journey to the heart of Scotland, she discovers that even the smallest of places hold their secrets, and Dirleton is no different.
Things take a turn when she comes across a mysterious stranger whose path always seems to cross with hers, and Ella can’t help but wonder if it’s by destiny or design.
