Cassi managed a drug store location in the center of town. There were thousands of them across cities in twenty first century North America. Millions of items scanned each day as cloud servers updated inventory day in and day out. It was boring and monotonous work.
Cassi’s life was not always this way. Six hundred years ago, Cassi’s life was very different. As Cassimpina Dumonte, she was a powerful vampire.
During the Hundred Years War between England and France, Cassimpina Dumonte would have her life transformed. She became a powerful vampire who influenced history.
In an era where the Catholic Church held supreme authority and a nineteen year old girl named Joan of Arc influenced history, Cassimpina Dumonte also evolved.
Her evolution left a mark on history no less important and it would reverberate for eternity.
This book explores her origin and evolution in France and how a girl became a leader and a force to be reckoned with.
