Beatrix Potter
The Tale of Peter Rabbit has delighted young children for years! This classic story, written by Beatrix Potter and narrated by the warm and soothing voice of Kathy Poelker, presents the escapades of our favorite little bunny as he encounters Mr. McGregor who is working in his lush garden, amid wonderful and tasty vegetables. Peter Rabbit finds himself in a mess after he squeezes under Mr. McGregor’s gate and into his garden - against the caution of Mrs. Rabbit! Will Peter find his way out again? This is an especially wonderful story to share in the springtime when bunnies seem to appear everywhere! This “just the right length” bedtime story teaches young children to listen to their parents, and it can motivate a great meaningful conversation between parent and child about the importance of obedience. A perfect story for every young child, written by a classic author and originally published in the early 1900’s in England.
