Acerca de este título

Book six of fifteen for the entire set of SIC ITUR AD ASTRA (This is the Way to the Stars). This third volume of eight of what Professor Galambos calls “the most important course of The Free Enterprise Institute” is subtitled, V-201: The Nature and Protection of Primary Property Volume Three and consists of sessions 15 through 20 and workshop number one of course V-201.

In this volume, the professor talks about:

–the defective copyright-patent mechanism and the introduction of the prototype concept
–the succession of lawyers to contract engineers in freedom
–the contradiction in terms of so-called contract enforcement
–the most common reasons for breaking contracts and how to handle unforeseen contingencies in a contract
–the two forms of payment for innovation are discussed along with the current inability of innovators to establish a market relationship with the rest of mankind
–why all political mechanisms must perish and why the United States once resembled freedom
–the introduction of the law of logarithmic stimulation with examples, how it was derived from physics, and its application to volitional science, including its greatest single application being the building of freedom
–the relationship between the scientific method and positive history, and where man has learned and not learned from history
–the story of Galambos’ offer to the boondoggle (nonproprietary “corporation” whose main customer is the state) to go to the moon for a profit
–a step-by-step review of the scientific method and why a misapplication of his theory is worse than no application at all
–economics being a derivative of physics, the universal contract, the three types of royalties, the profitability of paying royalties, and the beginning of the proprietary mechanism with the corporation as the major example of durability
–the six major filters customers of The Free Enterprise Institute go through
–the beauty of the natural estate concept and what’s in it for you

At the end of this and each of the eight volumes of V-201, there is an index (Concordex) for the individual volume. Also included in the fifteen-volume set of SIC ITUR AD ASTA is a two-volume “Master Concordex,” being a complete index of the entire work.

The three-volume set of course V-50 and the full fifteen-volume set of SIC ITUR AD ASTRA, consisting of courses V-50, V-50X, and V-201, can be purchased as sets from Spaceland Publications for a considerable discount.
