No stranger to writing, Pattison's newest book is a memoir-meets-self-help title, The Secret to Happy. In it, she bares all with her now trademark honesty, candour and mission towards kindness. We caught up with Vicky Pattison to chat about how she manages her mental health, her break out of both reality TV and her comfort zone, and she told us her most valuable tips from her therapists.
