This book attempts to discover truth and uncover falsehood in three domains.

Philosophy. Am I a body and mind, or the space of eternal being within which the body, mind, and world appear? Is the world physical? What if there were a physical universe and no one in it? Can a physical universe be said to exist in the absence of consciousness?

Religion and Politics: belief systems. For example, is the Christian doctrine true: "No one comes to the father except through me," or is this a divisive falsehood? Is the American constitution the electoral college, the apportionment of power in the Senate obsolete, a relic of the eighteenth century, and in need of revision? Warning: the book contains evolutionary (progressive) politics!

Psychology: the five rules of mental health. The first rule of mental health is, "Don't make yourself sick!" The second rule is, "Attention amplifies." The third rule is, "Every thought has a taste." If attention is given to bad tasting, toxic thoughts they will be amplified and you will become sick.

The fourth rule is, "The mind is the residue of the past." This residue the mind, the ego like cleaning dust off a dirty window, needs to be purified so that the pristine state of pure consciousness is restored. Get out the mental Windex! The fifth rule is, "Anchor (or hold)." Anchor awareness to its source this is meditation resisting the tendency to dwell in thoughts about the world outside, thereby amplifying mind, ego, and the toxic residue of the past.

In expository prose and poetic verse, this book is a journey into the land of truth.
