We all have things we feel we need to accomplish in life. For some, it’s sticking to a regular exercise and diet plan. For others, it’s making the commitment to cut down on spending. However, while these goals have good intentions, many people often find themselves struggling to keep up with them. While it’s important to work towards change, setting goals often leads to the person giving up after a month or two of hard work. So how do we set out to do the things we want to achieve? Throughout this book, we’ll go over the many ways a person can better themselves through planning, compromise and commitment, without having to strive toward those New Year’s resolutions.
